About Us
The inspiration behind Spirivo was deeply personal. Our mum is a therapist, and through her, we witnessed first-hand just how crucial a well-designed website is in building trust, attracting clients, and helping professionals thrive. But as we looked deeper, we noticed a pattern—many therapists, coaches, and wellness professionals either had no online presence or were relying on outdated, poorly designed websites that actively deterred potential clients. We saw a clear need. And we wanted to help.
Meet - Ella Rowlinson
Co-founder & Lead Designer
My interest in understanding the world and social spheres led me to study Geography and International Development at the University of Sussex which I loved! My degree fuelled my passion for supporting humanitarian projects and I was keen to follow this meaningful path in my work. I had the privilege of working for a number of charities pre, during and post graduating to name a few of my favourites Volunteer Nepal, Together Co. and Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust. I worked as either on frontline projects as their agent and as a fundraiser to raise funds from the community and corporations for charitable projects.
So how did I lead onto launching Spirivo? My brother, Ethan and I, noticed a discrepancy with large companies having an unfair advantage specifically in our digitalised world. We became tired of seeing small businesses struggle and sadly close time and time again. There is clearly an unfair divide in the world we live in and we wanted to do our part in levelling the playfield. It is our pleasure to help small businesses and individuals have access to quality, high performing and user-friendly websites that don't break the bank.
I take immense joy in meeting new clients and discovering their unique requirements. Each project is a fresh challenge, and I relish the opportunity to blend my passion for art and design into every website I create. To me, each site is more than just a project; it’s a canvas where creativity meets functionality, making my work feel like play.

With a background in Geography and International Development from the University of Sussex, I’ve always been passionate about supporting people and creating positive change. I had the privilege of working with a number of charities—Volunteer Nepal, Together Co., and the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust to name a few—which only strengthened that passion. Meanwhile, my brother Ethan and I shared a growing interest in digital design, and the more we explored, the more we realised we could combine our skills to make a meaningful impact.
That’s how Spirivo was born—a website design and hosting company with a mission to support therapists, coaches, and small service-led businesses by giving them the online presence they deserve. Our goal is simple: we want our clients to focus on what they do best while we take care of building beautiful, functional, and high-performing websites that convert.
We’re not just about design; we’re about purpose. Each project is a collaboration, and I love the process of discovering each client’s unique needs and vision. Every site is a chance to blend creativity with strategy—turning a blank canvas into a digital space that feels authentic, inviting, and effective.

Launching Spirivo has been one of my proudest achievements. Working alongside my sister is a joy—we approach every project collaboratively, bouncing ideas, solving problems, and bringing together design and development to deliver websites that are not only visually beautiful but fast, responsive, and user-friendly.
I’ve always been drawn to problem-solving, coding, and all things mathematical—so studying Mathematics at the University of Surrey felt like a natural path for me. What’s been truly rewarding is being able to apply what I’m learning in real-time to Spirivo, helping to shape the technical side of the business.
For me, the best part is hearing directly from our clients. The feedback we receive reminds me why we started Spirivo in the first place. Every detail we focus on, every hour we put in—it all adds up to something that genuinely supports people and their businesses. That’s what drives me every day.

From a young age I've had a great interest in maths and coding; to be currently studying Mathematics at Surrey University and be able to apply now my studies to further benefit Spirivo is just brilliant! Launching Spirivo is one of my greatest successes and I am proud to be working alongside my sister; we work collaboratively on each project bouncing ideas and navigating challenges to ensure our end product is the quality standard small businesses and individuals deserve to have.
Spirivo began when I trained to develop a website for our mother who needed an online profile to advertise her therapy practice. It became clear the need for quality websites for small businesses and individuals as Ella and I saw how many websites lack of style, functionality and SEO optimisation. I could see how many businesses I could help, so I brought my sister in on the project of launching Spirivo as I knew together we had the skills and experience to make a difference.
Hearing the feedback from our clients it the biggest reward of all. Knowing the time, effort and attention to detail we dedicate to each client makes a huge difference to our end result and the satisfaction of our clients.
